Factory Manager – Patisserie


In the Factory Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our expectations.Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate.Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues.Prepare production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.Regular inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.with the TeamShare a trusting relationship with work group and manage and develop plant staff.Motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.Commit to plant safety procedures.Ensure all employees comply with regulatory and company requirements for personal and facility safety.
